Today the typical British weather came back and it was rainy and cloudy all day long. After another tasty breakfast with French toast and marzipan hot chocolat my boyfriend brought with him to Lonon, we left the house again around lunch time. Firstly, we visited Big Ben and then the London Eye from the other side of the river Themse from where we could take amazing photos. Then we went to the National Gallery, which was for free so we visited the exhibition. Sadly, it was so full in there that it was not that enjoyable but at least it was amazing to see all these famouse pictures in real life. We sat down for lunch at Prêt à manger where we had sandwiches again and an amazing piece of carrot cake! We went over to Buckingham Palace through Hyde Park and from there on to St. Jame's Park. There we had some beautiful wallks and luckily it was not rainy during this whole time. St. Jame's Park does also offer beautiful photo opportunities e.g. the London Eye or animals! As we left the park, we arrived at the Horse Guards House. Now it was time to get to Victoria Station, because I had to drive back to Oxford with the X90 bus. But before we hab some sandwiches and a muffin at costa again. All in all, this was an amazing weekend and I am sure this will be the best weekend I will ever have here in the UK. I cannot thank you enough for everything.
