22nd of July 2015

Today nothing too exciting happened. I nearly arived too late at school but I luckily managed to come on time. The first lesson dealt with collecting ideas about how to be successful in business and a bit grammar. In the first break I met another girl from Switzerland, that is 16 too! I would have never thought tthat, because she looks much older. I noticed how happy she was as I talked to her. I did that because I saw her the other days that she had been all by herself all the time. The secon lesson was about how to write an essay correctly and in the third we worked with the computers. We had to read or watch a speech about business and had to present them afterwards, The Swiss girl and me met up in third break to go out for lunch with her sister, We went to Prêt à manger where I got a very delicious sandwich with my alltime favorite: avodaco! We talked a bit and went to Christ Church College and then all the way back, passed the school and went around the streets close to the school. In my last class we had Tom instead of Duncan today. I think they change each day. It was all about how to give a presentation and practising some useful sentences. It was very funny watching my seatmates being desperate about the correct stresses, because they pronounce many things differently. For example Italians do not raise their voice at the end of a questions and the Japanese girl had another different stress. After that I went home straight from school, because I wanted to plan my trip to the airport for tomorrwo with my guestfather (he is a busdriver) and had to do many homeworks. I now have finished with my proposal to the bank and a small presentation about Hamburg, which both are for Friday. For Monday I still have to write an essay about why English is so important... Maybe I'll already start with this tomorrow on the bus, because I won't have much time this weekend.
